Welcome to ARUN SANDS…
Our gorgeous Victorian style townhouse has a great location: situated  opposite the beach and overlooking to the Harbour Park Amusement centre, river Arun and little boating pond. Just 15 minutes walk from Littlehampton railway station and 10 minutes stroll from the High Street.

We have 8  letting rooms and they are all en-suite. The most popular two spacious family rooms (one of them even with individual balcony!) have a beautiful seaview. Arun Sands can accommodate 20 guests in one time – friends and family reunions are welcome! Also available our modern self catering studio-flat which is located on the first floor just next door to the Guest House and overlooking to the sea.

There is free street parking in front of our Guest House and big public car parking opposite (free of charge from 6pm till 8am).

Friendly and relaxing atmosphere are waiting in Arun Sands for everyone. Our aim is to make your holiday break or business stay with us as pleasurable as possible!
