All rooms are en-suite, have flat screen freeview TV and free WI-FI. Also self catering seaview apartment is available.

Policies....
CHECK-IN TIME:
- from 14:00 (2pm) onwards. If early check-in is required this must be
pre-arranged and it's a subject to availability.
CHECK-OUT TIME:
- by 10:30 am.
CHILDREN:
- over the age of 14 will be charged as adults.
CANCELATIONS:
- bookings must be cancelled 24 hours in advance of arrival date.

In the
event of a no-show or a cancellation less than 24 hours an amount equivalent
to one night's average cost of accommodation will be charged.

A £5.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all bookings this will cover the cost of any credit card charges with initial deposit or postage for refund cheques.
PARKING:
- it's free on the South Terrace street infront of our Guest House (where
there are no double yellow lines or pay & display)
- In the big council car park opposite parking is also free between 6pm till
8am. A full day rate is £6.30 from 1 of April and during the summer
- our private parking is available for long term bookings.
