Welcome to ARUN SANDS…
Our Family run Victorian style townhouse has a great location, situated  opposite the Blue Flag beach and overlooking to the Harbour Park Amusement centre, river Arun and boating lake. Just 10 minutes walk from Littlehampton railway station and High Street.

We have 8  letting rooms and they are all en-suite with the most popular two spacious family rooms the luxury suite with balcony and the four poster room both with seaview. Arun Sands can accommodate 20 guests so great for family reunions. All rooms have flat screen TV with freeview and free WiFi access and we offer a great choice of cooked breakfast.  Marina and Richard look forward to welcoming you to our guest house were you will enjoy a friendly and relaxing time and our aim is to make your holiday break or business stay with us as pleasurable as possible!.
