About Us ..........
Your hosts Marina and Richard Starczewski invite you to a warm welcome at Arun Sands in our splendid Victorian house.
We work very closely with the local tourist board and often appear in the Sussex By The Sea magazine.
Our guest rooms offer Colour TV's, ClockAlarm, as well as Tea/Coffee
making facilities, Hairdryer, Fridge in the Family Rooms, Wi-Fi and web
-based Email access available to guests.
Checking In and Checking Out
Accommodation is usually available from 3.00pm or keys may be collected earlier - by prior arrangement.
Guests are asked to check out by 10am.
Family holidays - Arrange a family holiday or reunion. We cater for groups of up to 20 persons in our B&B and Self-Catering apartment.
Parking is free on South Terrace, or parking is also available at
the Windmill car park just opposite.
